Tea time.

Patients undergoing treatment with cyclosporin, the immunosuppressive, organ transplant anti-rejection drug, have been found to suffer the side effect of kidney damage due to nephrotoxicity. A recent study found that EGCg, an extract of the phenolic compound found in green tea, demonstrated a kidney protective effect in cyclosporine produced nephrotoxicity.
